Atelier W was selected to prepare a bold new concept for a proposed hotel development situated just north of Perth city centre. The brief called for a 250 room hotel with a boutique feel. Given its location on the fringe of Perth’s culture and entertainment district, the design draws inspiration from local street fashions and lifestyle. The hotel design encourages visitors to explore this urban lifestyle, giving them unprecedented independence through a variety of innovative features such as vending machine market, bike hire, and an array of on-site restaurants and bars. Guest rooms are lively and innovative; vibrant colours appeal to a young, trendy demographic.
