Located near the airport in Kuching, Echelon SOHO was designed to take full advantage of the airport vistas with a rooftop swimming pool overlooking the runway. Tasked with maximizing the number of units, Echelon SOHO fits 82 apartments into the site, each apartment being generously spaced at a minimum of 80 sqm with a mix of two bedrooms and three bedroom units with an additional two luxurious penthouses on the top floor.

 

Apartment planning has been kept simple yet effective, providing multiple ranges of arrangements from open plan office and bedrooms to two bedroom units; the flexibility of which is at the discretion of the owners.
