Hackett Hall is an existing building of significant heritage value on the Crawley campus of the University of Western Australia. Atelier W’s progressive, modern interior fit-out contrasts with and draws attention to existing period features, such as the steel-framed windows and colonnaded courtyard. Vibrant yellows and pinks punctuate and an otherwise subdued color palette inspired by alpine landscapes with a sense of humor and whimsy.

When complete the facility will contain office space for 30 workers, a futuristic gallery/presentation space for the exhibition of innovations in technology and education and a studio-style classroom capable of seating up to 120 staff for training in the ‘Carpe Diem’ method of course structure.
