Situated at a prime location in South Perth, the site allows uninterrupted views to Perth City skyline and the Swan River. The design of this house started with a simple sketch; a series of solid blocks hovering over a solid base. The design team took onboard this initial idea and developed further to fit the client’s brief.

The team maximized the potential of the site, allowing the occupant to have expansive views of the city and river from their living space. Folding screens were used to provide privacy and sun shading when needed.
